Northants Coaching Co-ordinator is Denise Green who took over this new role in July 2005. She has plans to develop netball coaching throughout the county and will work on the 5-year plan drawn up by Northants Action Group. She will be working with existing coaches of all levels and together they will be visiting your league or area to help develop new coaches. Mentoring, coaching courses, tuition and plain old encouragement is on her agenda.
